Ask yourself the following questions:
1. Do you get winded walking up the hills on your course?
2. Do you slouch while reading this questionnaire?
3. Does your lower back OR joints ache after a round?
4. Do you exercise less than three times per week for thirty minutes?
5. Do you go straight to the tee without stretching leg, back and arms?
This is not hard. If you answered yes to at least two of these questions you can benefit enormously from a new personal health plan. But first you have to understand the swing and what you have to do to train yourself to enjoy life and golf more.
